*Children can only be enrolled with at least one parent member. Membership fees apply to up to two children; any additional children are included at no extra cost. This means a family with any number of children pays a maximum of $250/month.

Access to discounted labs, imaging, and medications
Payment is billed monthly via credit card or ACH.
*Membership fees may be eligible for reimbursement or sharing through many health sharing ministries (such as Medi-Share or Christian Healthcare Ministries); members should confirm details with their specific plan.

What happens when you click “Start Enrollment”:
Create your secure account
Enter your basic information (name, contact details, date of birth) and create a login for our Atlas.md portal.Choose your membership
Select the membership type that fits you (individual, couple, or family) and list any family members you want to include.Review and sign the membership agreement
You’ll review the Direct Primary Care membership terms, including the fact that this is not insurance and does not replace health insurance or a health sharing plan. You’ll then sign electronically.Set up payment
Add a credit card or bank account for your monthly membership fee. Billing is handled securely through the Atlas.md system.
Once you submit the form, we’ll review your enrollment and contact you to schedule your first visit and answer any questions.
