Your Questions Answered
Do I still need health insurance?
A: Yes. Your membership covers primary care services provided in our clinic. We strongly recommend keeping insurance (or a health sharing plan) for hospitalizations, specialists, emergency care, surgery, and other major medical expenses.
What if I need a specialist or hospital care?
A: We will help coordinate referrals and communicate with your specialists or hospital team. You can use your insurance or pay directly, depending on your coverage and preferences.
How many visits are included?
A: Your membership includes unlimited office and virtual visits for you and any covered family members.
Are labs and medications included?
A: Many labs, imaging services, and common medications are available at discounted or wholesale prices. We will review all options and typical costs with you during enrollment.
Can I join if I have Medicare or Medicaid?
A: Not at this time. You are welcome to join our waiting list, and we will notify you as soon as we are able to accept Medicare or Medicaid patients.
What if I decide to cancel my membership?
A: You may cancel at any time. Please see our membership agreement for notice requirements and full cancellation details.
Do you help with hormones and hormonal balance?
A: Yes. We evaluate, monitor, and help restore hormonal balance for both men and women, including concerns such as low testosterone, thyroid issues, perimenopause/menopause, and other hormone-related symptoms. This may include detailed history, targeted lab testing, lifestyle guidance, and medication or specialist referral when appropriate.
Do you focus on whole-person, holistic health?
A: Yes. Our approach is to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. We address physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle, stress, and spiritual concerns as you wish to share them, aiming for balance and restoration in all three areas. When needed, we also collaborate with mental health and other professionals to support your overall health.
